Your loved one gets a warm email from our team mentioning your name, your note, and a private link to schedule. No automated drip, no marketing list.

We hold their seat
Family referrals go to Dr. Chua’s desk first. We notify you when they redeem and reach out to schedule.
Good to know
A few honest answers.
- What if they live in California or another state?
- The DEXA scan is in-person in Evanston, IL. If your loved one cannot travel, the custom-amount gift is the safer choice — they can apply it toward supplements or services they can use remotely. Reach out before purchasing if you are unsure.
- Can I refer a loved one to become a patient?
- Yes — and we would be honored. Dr. Chua is currently on a patient waitlist while the team grows. Family referrals from existing patients are reviewed first, then friends, then opened to the public. The gift options here (a DEXA scan or a custom amount) are open to your loved one right away, no waitlist required.
- Are DEXA and IV affected by the waitlist?
- No. DEXA scans and IV therapy are open to anyone today. The waitlist only applies to becoming a new comprehensive-care patient with Dr. Chua.
- Can the gift be used for something else later?
- The custom-amount gift can be applied toward any Meliora service or supplement. A DEXA gift is earmarked for that scan — we will work with you if plans change.
- How does the patient discount work?
- Existing patients receive 15% off any gift, applied automatically at checkout.
- When does my loved one find out?
- Same day. Our team sends a warm personal email within a few business hours — not an automated receipt. We mention your name and include your note.
