Two Paths

The Meliora Method™ Practitioner Program is designed for both paths. Remote partners build their own integrative practice locally. In-person partners join the Meliora clinic directly. Both receive the same training, the same protocols, and the same level of support.
Remote — Practice where you are
You are licensed in your state and want to build an integrative hormonal medicine practice locally — or expand an existing one. We train you in the full Meliora Method™, license you to operate under it, and give you the protocols, systems, and ongoing support to practice at the highest level wherever you are.
Best for NPs in full-practice-authority states who want to offer BHRT, metabolic optimization, and root-cause hormonal care.
In-person — Join us in Evanston
If you are in the Chicago area or open to relocating, Meliora is open to an in-person NP partnership at our Evanston, Illinois practice. You would train directly alongside Dr. Chua and practice within the Meliora clinic.
Best for NPs who want direct clinical mentorship and a fully built practice to step into.
Curriculum

Every module is taught by Dr. Chua and built from the same clinical framework she applies to every patient she sees. This is not generic functional medicine content — it is her method, in her words.

The five-pillar framework — how to apply it, how to explain it, and how to build a practice around it.
Female Hormonal Assessment
The full female lab flowsheet. Estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, SHBG, DHEA, thyroid, FSH — interpreted at optimal, not just normal.
Menopause & Male Assessment

Every active Meliora Method™ partner attends two retreats per year — currently held in Hawaii and San Diego. These are not conferences. They are small, focused, clinical intensives with Dr. Chua and your fellow NP partners.

Case review and peer learning
